Description

In accordance with OMB Circular A-76 (Revised May 29, 2003) The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is publicly announcing the start of a Streamline Competition for Web Development and Maintenance. The Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is Dr. Ed Sontag, Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management, Department of Health and Human Services. The Contracting Officers (CO) are Patricia Pemberton and Lisa Schneider. The projected end date of the Competition is June 28, 2005. The functions at NIH include but are not limited to formatting content for display on public or internal web pages and web sites in support of information-dissemination missions. Initiate new web sites or web pages. Collect and organize content (that has been created or developed by others) as well as converting that content into appropriate formats such as HTML or PDF. These services are currently provided by thirty-nine Federal Government employees. NIH will issue another notice to announce the decision of the cost comparison on or about July 4, 2005. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME
