Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Quantity of 8, LP600 low profile, light weight, digital self-contained, high capacity wheel load scales. 20,000 lb. Capacity x 10 lb graduations, containing two digital shear beam load cells, interconnect totalizing cable, 20MA output per scale. 120v charging transformer, six NiCad batteries, military approved manuals, military-spec. carrying case. And Quantity of 16, LP600-R ramps for LP600 Wheel Load Scale. All quotes should include delivery charges to Robins AFB, GA. 31098. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following numbered notes apply to this acquisition: 22. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items), and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Stautes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov/ to be considered for award. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted.
