Description

Notice of intent to award a sole source small business procurement IAW FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Services under NAICS code 611699 to Alice Anderson Consulting, 701 W. Feemster Ave, Visalia, CA. 93277-4737. The Government intends to issue a sole source contract for technical training for the Civil Engineering Materiel Acquisition System (CEMAS) and Interim Work Information Management System (IWIMS) on Buckley Air Force Base CO. The Air Force has developed these systems and this company is the only company that teaches its application. No other internal or external training is available to The Air Force. The 460th Contracting Squadron intends to award a contract by other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. No other type of services will satisfy agency requirements, full and open competition need not be provided for. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
