Description

NSN: 3990-01-204-3009 Special Purpose Tie Down Web, P/N: 71224-1(Type 1). TACOM Rock Island has a requirement for 431,928 each of NSN: 3990-01-204-3009 FOB shall be destination. The proposed contract will be a 100% small business set-aside being awarded as a Firm Fixed Priced, Five (5) Year Requirement Contract. First Article testing is required. Estimated solicitation issue date is April 18, 2005. This solicitation shall be issue d electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102; therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wanting an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following Internet address: http://aais.ria.army.mil. TDP will n ot be available on the Internet and you will have to request it through tacom-ri-tdp@ria.army.mil. CAUTION: This solicitation shall be issued electronically as will any amendments. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation to maintain and is i n fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address to obtain any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same.
