Description
This Sources Sought Notice is seeking firms who are Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses 8(a), Women Owned, HUBZone, Veteran Owned or Service Disabled Veteran Owned. A market survey is being conducted to determine the sizes and types o f businesses eligible and capable of satisfying this agencys potential requirements. This requirement will include: (1) receiving , entering and initial processing of vendor invoices into the US Army Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS) ; and performance of related routine accounting support tasks; (2) processing and maintaining accounts receivable and debt management transactions and accounts using CEFMS; and performance of related routine accounting support tasks; (3) receiving, reviewi ng and computing entitlements on temporary duty travel vouchers using CEFMS, and performance of related routine accounting support tasks; and (4) reviewing, entering and initial processing of collections and disbursements using CEFMS, and performance of re lated routine accounting support tasks. The potential work would be performed to support the Baltimore District and the North Atlantic Division of the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. Interested firms should submit two (2) copies of a two-page narrative de monstrating their experience in this type of work for the last three (3) years. Also in the narrative provide business designation, such as HUBZone, 8(a) or Disabled Veterans, agencys point of contact, telephone number and provide self-certification for the category. The NAICS code for this requirement is 518210. This is not a Request for Proposal nor is it a request for placement on a solicitation mailing list. Responses are required within fourteen (14) days after publication of this notice (15 Apr 05). Responses should be addressed to the U. S. Army Corps of E ngineers, Baltimore District, P. O.
