Description

The U.S. General Services Administration?s Federal Technology Service intends to issue a contract to Space Dynamics Laboratory under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, through reference number 4THO17052334. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for : Mfr. Part Number Description Qty 40-0047 CDL Analyzer and Simulator 9 47-0005 DSS Storage System Data Cable 14 47-0004 DSS Storage System Control Cable 14 47-0006 DSS Power Cable 14 40-0048 CHBL/CIB Cable 14 40-0067 Loop Back/CIB Cable 14 The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This request is not a notice for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All information should be submitted via email to Ms. Kristen L. Eaves at kristen.eaves@gsa.gov. Responses must be submitted by COB April 17, 2005. All information submitted on or before this date will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
