- Contractor is to provide fresh fruits and vegetables (FF&V) for 22 commissaries located in the Eastern Region of the Defense Commissary Agency. The specific store locations are as follows: Fort Gordon, GA; Camp Lejuene, NC; Cherry Point, NC; Fort Bragg North, NC; Fort Bragg South, NC; New River MCAS, NC; Seymour Johnson AFB, NC; Charleston AFB, SC; Charleston NWS, SC; Fort Jackson, SC; Parris Island, SC; Shaw AFB, SC; Fort Eustis, VA; Fort Lee, VA; Langley AFB, VA; Little Creek NAB, VA; Norfolk NOB, VA; Oceana NAS, VA; Portsmouth NNSY, VA; Sugar Grove, WV; Keflavik NAS, Iceland; and Guantanamo Bay NAS, Cuba. An Indefinite-Delivery Requirements Type contract is contemplated. The period of performance shall be for 12 months from date of award plus two 12-month option periods. The SIC code is 5148 and the NAICS code is 445230 for this requirement with a size standard of 500 employees. The Request for Proposal will be released on or about April 26, 2005. This solicitation is expected to be issued on an UNRESTRICTED basis.
