- This is a combined solicitation and synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is HM157105R0002 and this solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The NAICS code is 811212 and the size standard is $21M. There is a Statement of Work that is included in this requirement. Interested parties should contact the POC to recieve a copy prior to submitting proposals. Proposals are to be completed and delivered via e-mail to mccoysn@nga.mil or via fax (301) 227-1461 by COB 04 April 2005. Please contact Sarika McCoy, (301) 227-7824, to verify receipt of facsimile. Offerors agree to hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-13 and Defense FAR Supplement 200011213. Performance shall be on-site at NGA facilities located in Washington, DC, Reston, VA, St. Louis, MO, and Bethesda, MD within 30 days after award of contract. Offerors are required to submit completed representations and certifications at FAR52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items and submit with offers. The requirement is for full coverage hardware maintenance service and all necessary supplies on Canon Equipment Model Numbers BJ2436,CLC1000, CLC900, CLC500, CLC5000, CLC800, and CLC950. The period of performance for this effort is 12 months. Maintenance services shall include, but are not limited to, the provisions of all labor, spare parts, test equipment, documentation, transportation/travel expenses, special tools, maintenance diagnostic routines, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) publications and all necessary supplies to keep the equipment identified fully operational and in accordance with OEM specifications and Statement of Work (SOW). Evaluation of proposals will be on the basis of the lowest technically acceptable proposal (LPTA).
