Description

This solicitation is a formal request for proposal (RFP) for an indefinate delivery indefinate quantity type corporate contract for the procurement of multiple sole source part-numbered items manufactured by AVOX Systems CAGE 53655. The resulting contract will be for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The NSNs, part numbers and estimated annual demand quantities are available upon request. DSCR does not have competitive data packages for these items. Alternate offerors must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN, to be considered for award. Any items included in the solicitation that are later determined to be competitive will be removed from the solicitation prior to award. Supplies to be furnished under the resulting contract will be procured by issuance of a delivery order. Additional sole source items may be added to the resulting contract by modification after award. The anticipated solicitation issue date is April 30, 2005. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date specified in the RFP. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF.)
