- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance in with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation AG-0281-S-05-0013 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-02. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text form at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This is a total small business set-aside and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The North American Industry Classification Code is 325320 Pesticide and Other Agricultural Chemical Manufacturing. One firm-fixed price contract will be awarded which is the best value to the Government, considering technical capability, past performance and price. Line Item 1 Redeem; Triclopyr 38 percent /Clopyralid 21.1 percent Quantity 105 Gals Line Item 2 Garlon 3A; Triclopyr 44.4 percent (needs aquatic approve on label) Quantity 118 Gals. Line Item 3 Tordon 22K; picloram 24.4 percent Quantity 19 Gals. Line Item 4 TelarDF; chlorsulfuron 75 percent Quantity 136 Ozs. Line Item 5 Escort; metsulfuron methyl 60 percent Quantity 96 ozs. Line Item 6 Hardball; dichlorophenoxyacetic acid 19.6 percent Quantity 50 Gals. Line Item 7 Aquamaster; glyphosate 53.8 percent Quantity 30 Gals. Line Item 8 Spec.90/10 etoxylated alcohols (surfactant) Quantity 10 Gals. Line Item 9 Phase; MSO and silicone nonionic (surfactant) Quantity 1 Gal. Date and Place of Delivery: Delivery will be in four orders starting on May 9, 2005 then every two weeks depending on weather conditions for spraying and limited storage space. Brake down of products and delivery schedule will be provided at award. FOB Destination Coeur dAlene River Ranger District, Fernan Office, 2502 E. Sherman Avenue, Coeur dAlene, Idaho 83814.
