Description

Project is located on the Bass Lake Ranger District of the Sierra National Forest. Work consists of the following: Rehab of North Fork Residence FS2012. Job includes various tasks associated with the rehabilitation of a 2584 sq. foot residence. General work to be accomplished includes demolition, replacement of the HVAC system, plumbing and electrical upgrades, siding, door and window reapirs and/or replacements, removal and/or installation of wall and ceiling insulation, and exterior painting. In addition, the bathroom shall be remodeled to meet accessibility standards along with a new outdoor accessible ramp and parking stall. Note: Beam/Footing Upgrade, HVAC Replacement and Exterior Painting shall be Bid as Additives in the Schedule of Items. Gov't Estimate: Between $100,000-$500,000; Est Start Date: June 2005; Contract Time: 120 days. Pre-Bid Tour: Scheduled for Tuesday, May 17, 2005 at 10:00 AM at the Bass Lake RD, Bidders may request info by contacting Jim Madron, 559-297-0706 ext 4842. Project location: 57003 Road 225.
