Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, U. S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners in Springfield, Missouri, intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source procurement, commercial items, with Fresenius, USA, 95 Hayden Ave., Lexington, MA 02179. This requirement is to upgrade the existing Hemodialysis Systems. This is a sole source synopsis for the acquisition of the following items: 1. Six (6) 2008K Hemodialysis Systems. These systems meet the needs of this facility. This system is designed to download patient treatment data into the Fresenius CMS 2008K Data Management System. Calibrations for centralized water and acid distribution system is based on Fresenius equipment and connectors. These items will be delivered to the U. S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, 1900 W. Sunshine Street, Springfield, Missouri 65807. The Government does not intend to issue a written solicitation. Oral quotes will be accepted by April 19, 2005, 2:00 p.m. local time, for consideration. Anticipated award date is April 22, 2005.
