- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for various commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation N61339-05-T-0060 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. The solicitation shall be issued on a sole source basis to Radstone Technology but is set-aside for small business distributors. The solicitation is in support of the EA6B Maintenance Training Unit, Device 11H163. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 334419 with a size standard of 500 employees. The following items are required: CLIN 0001, 10BTX600-S 3U 10/100 Base-T Panel, 2 each; CLIN 0002, PMKX600-S 3U Mouse and Keyboard I/O PNL, 2 each; CLIN 0003, SIOX600-S 3U Serial I/O Panel, 2 each; CLIN 0004, P25X602-S PPC2A/4/4/4B P2 Paddle Card, 2 each; CLIN 0005, PMCGA1-101 Graphics PMC Module, 2 each; CLIN 0006, PPC4A-755-1550BB4 6UVME Singlr Board Computer, 2 each; CLIN 0007, PMCF2-160 Compact Flash PMC, 2 each. All parts will be shipped to NAS Whidbey Island, WA NLT 60 days; acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. Delivery shall be made FOB Origin. The following FAR/DFAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5. The following clauses of DFARS apply: 252.212-7001 and 252-225-7001. A COMPLETED COPY OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE QUOTE: FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252.212-7000. The following clauses also apply: DFARS 252.204-7004, "Required Central Contractor Registration". The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A. See Note 22 (forty-five days is changed to read fifteen days).
