- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. . The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 344510, Size Standard 500. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2BBAH5082A100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-02 effective March 23, 2005. The Government intends to award seven contract line item numbers (CLIN 0001) for Lynx 200 mw Tunable Diode Laser head in Littrow configuration. (CLIN 0002) for MLD-1000 Laser controller. (CLIN 0003) for BIAS TEE. (CLIN 0004) for Top of Line and Side of Fringe Box. (CLIN 0005) for 35dB Oprical Isolator. (CLIN 0006) for Ramp Generator. (CLIN 0007) for Diode replacement. QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: Each. DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 08 April 05. FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price. Offeror will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
