- Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-082-0687 / RB050940010000, Work Platform Assembly. Export Control applies. An ?export control? technical data package (TDP) exists for this item. Technical data will only be released to contractors who are authorized/certified by the Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via the Internet. The Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=41 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=41, O=41 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=463, O=328 / Estimated annual quantity: B=299, O=164. The required delivery is 72 days after receipt of order, FOB destination, inspection and acceptance at origin. There is First Article ? Contractor and Governnment FIT Verification Testing requirements. This solicitation contains a surge requirement. The total surge quantity is 6. The required delivery schedule for the surge requirement: 1 each ? 30 Days ARO / 1 each ? 60 Days ARO / 1 each 90 Days ARO / 1 each ? 120 Days ARO / 1 each ? 150 Days ARO / 1 each 180 Days ARO. Offerors are required to submit a surge plan detailing how they intend to meet both surge schedule and quantity requirements. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
