- SP0410-05-Q-0139, Notes 1 and 26 apply. This is a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses. Only offers from Service-Disabled Veteran- Owned Businesses will be considered. The contractor is to provide services for pumping and disposal of materials in various trenches, sumps, and collection points at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) Richmond, VA. This solicitation will result in a base year contract with three option years. This solicitation will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home on or about the issue date cited in the RFQ (April 6, 2005).
