Description

The purpose of this amendment is to add sections to RFP YA1323-05-RP-0007 and notify offerors of the changes and the posting of questions and answers. A) In response to questions and for clarification purposes, RFP YA1323-05-RP-0007 is hereby amended as follows: 1) K.9 8(A) Certification has been added. 2) I.47 52.219-18 Notification of Competition Limited to Eligible 8(a) Concerns (JUN 2003) has been added. 3) H.13 Government Provided Resources has been added. 4) H.12 Place of Performance has been added. 5) B.3 1352.216-73 Ceiling Price (March 2000) has been added. 6) Section L.6.1.3 - a requirement has been added for offerors to provide proof of their 8(a) eligibility for award. 7) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. B) For the details of the added subsections, the revised RFP has been posted at http://www.census.gov/procur/www/accounting C) Questions and answers have been posted. REFERENCE THE RFP NUMBER YA1323-05-RP-0007 in the title of any emails regarding this solicitation. Proposals are due by April 18th, 3:00 PM Eastern Time. All proposals must be submitted both electronically to jonathan.c.hamlet@census.gov along with four (4) hard copies mailed by regular U.S. mail to U.S. Census Bureau, Acquisition Branch, Room G-312-3, 4700 Silver Hill Rd, Washington, DC 20233 (if express mail or hand delivery is used replace Washington, DC 20233 with Suitland, MD 20746).
