Description: Provide to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Memphis a mobile Cardiac Cath Lab unit for a period of sixty (60) days with the option to extend. The offeror shall provide a digital phillips cardiac cath unit capable of providing diagnostic and percutaneous coronary interventions. The contractor shall provide three (3) days of consecutive application training. Reqeuest for quotes are due April 18, 2005 1:00pm. No e-mails of faxes accepted. Proposal shall contain technical specifications of unit. 100% small business set- aside.
