ITEM NO SUPPLIES/SERVICES QUANTITY UNIT UNIT PRICE AMOUNT 0001 1 Each SERVICE, NON-PERSONAL - OTHER PROFESSIONAL SERVICESFFPServices Non-Personal 4th of July Fireworks Show: Contractor shall furnish all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to provide a fireworks display on 4th of July 2005. Display should begin at approximately 2135, and last between 20 to no more than 30 minutes with a dollar value no greater than $18,000.00. The display should be electronically fired and choreographed to music which will be broadcast over local radio stations. The shells used shall be 3", 4", 5" and or larger. The proposal shall include a breakdown of the quantity and description of each size shell that will be used for the main show and the Grand Finale. The total number of shells and different sizes will be used to evaluate all bids giving preference to the larger shells. Shooting site is approximately Latitude N 21 degrees 22.738' Longitude W 100 degrees 28.771'. Shells used should insure maximum visibility for the majority of spectators which will be viewing the show at Goodfellow Recreation Camp. Contractor shall provide a CD copy of the proposed music that will be choreographed to the fireworks. In the event of a rainout, the show will be on the following day, 5 July 2005, 2135. Contractor is responsible for obtaining all applicable state and local permits related to setting up and performing a pyrotechnic display. Contractor shall abide by all applicable safety standards and shall furnish the Contracting Officer a copy of contractor liability and property damage insurance certificates. NET AMT
