- The Capital District Contracting Center, Fort Belvoir, VA intends to acquire on a one hundred percent Small Business basis, the labor, transportation, equipment, materials and any other services necessary to delivery stone, sand and gravel to Fort A. P. Hill, VA. The requirement consists of a base year of 18 Aug 2005 through 17 Aug 2006 with two option years. The acquisition will be conducted under NAICS 212319. The small business size is 500 Employess. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed p rice requirements contract.
