Description

The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct two fences totaling approximately 10.5 miles of 4-wire barbed wire fence and associated gates, panels, and drainage crossings. The Simpson Park fence is approximately 8.5 miles, the Pine Canyon Fence is approximately 2 miles and includes new construction, fence removal and fence repair. The work is located in Lander County, NV. This requirement is a 100% HubZone Set-Aside. The estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The anticipated period of performance is 63 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Payment Protection at 100% of the contract price. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Bidders will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their bids. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about 4/20/05. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, and register or update their registration at the Online Representation and Certification Application website at http://orca.bpn.gov.
