- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to purchase the following items produced on a Sole Source basis by Telelogic North America Inc., 11911 Freedom Drive, Suite 1180, Reston, VA 20190: Item No. 1, Synergy Courseware, Multi Site, Copy; Item No. 2, Synergy Courseware Update; Item No. 3, Synergy Train-the-Trainer, On-site. These items are being purchased for a turnkey, Software Information Management System (SWIMS) being deployed to support software development for the Tom! ahawk program at NSWCDD. SWIMS is being developed utilizing Telelogic?s Synergy software. As the designer and developer of Synergy software, Telelogic is the only known source for Synergy software training as well as the course materials and a multi-site license to copy and distribute the training materials identified above. These items will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The closing date is 2:00 PM EDT on 8 April 2005. The anticipated award date is 15 April 2005. Delivery shall be no later than 60 days after award date. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED ON THIS NOTICE. Electronic quote submission is encouraged at XDS12@nswc.navy.mil, but the quote may also be faxed to (540) 653-4089 or delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Attn: XDS12H, Bldg. 183, Rm. 104, 17320 Dahlgren Rd, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100.
