- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing(BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors for the following item (2ea) Bearing Housing Complete side II-8 wiper roller to include Blatt 306-13, 306-05, 306-07, 306-08, 306-13, 306-20, 306-44, and 306-23 repair part for l-8 press. The simplified acquisition procedures set for the in FARS parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation, a written request for quotation will not be issued. The request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-05-0444. Delivery shall be made within 45 days after receipt of purchase order. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination to the (BEP) Loading Dock at D Street between 13th and 14th SW Washington. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation. Which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may besubmitted made on a SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name point of contact, address, phone number, fax phone tax identification number, DUNS number and size status (i.e. small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If this item is on GSA schedule please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due April 19, 2005.
