Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for a contractor to prepare (alter) three existing rooms for the installation of two new NMR Spectrometers at the EPA, Athens, Georgia Facility. A firm fixed price is contemplated. The anticipated contract performance period is 7 months after receipt of notice to proceed. The estimated construction costs is less than $750,000.00. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on April 29, 2005 with a bid opening of May 27, 2005. The solicitation will not be posted on the interenet.
