- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 11,838 rentable square feet, which must yield a minimum of 9,358 and maximum of 10,294 usable square feet of office and related space in the Worthington, Ohio area. Contiguous (same floor) space is required. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Vehicle parking facilities shall accommodate 42 parking spaces with unrestricted parking for visitors and employees. The offered space should be fully serviced and conform to meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility Standards. Buildings offered must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as modern office-type building having fully adequate means of ingress and egress. The building offered must not contain any asbestos. LOCATION: The U.S. Government will be evaluating offers from the following delineated area in the Worthington, Ohio area: NORTH: Delaware County Line; SOUTH: State Road 161; EAST: Cleveland Avenue; WEST: Sawmill Road After an on-site survey by Government representatives, the area of consideration may be limited to the Central Business District within the above-defined delineated area. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy by October 2006.
