- Description
- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to negotiate a sole source award with Voyager Expanded Learning, Inc., under authority of FAR 6.302, to provide a K-8 grade, commercial off-the-shelf, activity-based, multidisciplinary summer school program, focusing on reading and language arts and a face-to-face, trainer professional development program. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within the response period below will be considered by the government in its competitive procurement determination. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. SEE UPLOADED DOCUMENTS FOR DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.
