- The synopsis is corrected to read as follows: The Gerry E. Studds Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary, Scituate, Massachusetts has a requirement for design and layout of print publications. Design and production of electronic media; exhibitry design and production; various audio-visual technical services for the period May 1, 2005 thru April 30, 2006 with three one year options. The Graphic Layout, Design and Production consists of, but is not limited to, design and layout of 8-page tabloid full cover newsletter with Sanctuary supplied content; design and layout of two 8-page black and white letter-sized newsletters with Sanctuary supplied content; redesign and produce new fiberglass panels for the MacMillan Wharf Kiosk located in Provincetown, MA; edit 10 pages in Provincetown Exhibit and other work as required in the Statement of Work. The following work will be on an as needed basis ? Computer exhibit and website design and programming. Contractor shall update/create new exhibit materials and web site designs, to include, but not limited to: integrate new materials in Sanctuary web templates; build new special use web pages and integrate into previous programming; provide technical support to sanctuary webmaster and other work as required in the Statement of Work. The Government will supply all images and content for publications, exhibits and web pages. Contractor?s place of business should be located within 30 miles of the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary Headquarters located in Scituate, Massachusetts. All work shall be performed in accordance with detailed specifications to be provided with the RFQ. This acquisition will be issued as an RFQ; set aside 100% for small businesses and awarded as a firm-fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov and obtain (and provide on the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is R701 and the NAICS Code is 541490, small business size standard is $6.0 million. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned.
