Description

Sources are sourght for provision of Architect/Engineer services for preparation of schematics, design development, construction documents, construction costs estimates, and construction period services to complete Project 573A4-05-302, Full Emergency Power, at the VA Medical Center, Lake City, Florida. This project consists of providing standby power capability for all medical center loads. This consists of primary and alternate 13.2 KV feeds from separate substations, two 1,500 KVA transformers, wired in parallel, reduce the voltage to 4.16 KV for distribution throughout the facility. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Estimated construction cost is $2,000,000 - $5,000,000. NAICS code 541330. This acquisition is limited to firms located within a 200 mile radius, as defined by the Rand McNally Standard Highway Mileage Guide. All firms must submit a completed for SF330 to the attention of the Contracting Officer no later than May 20, 2005. No material will be issued and no solicitation packages or bidder/plan holder list will be issued. This project is subject to availability of funds.
