Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation s are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W911YN-05-T-0013, request for quote for purchase and installation of refridgerator / freezer combination (see below for statement of work/specifications). This procurement will be set aside 100% for small business, NAICS code 423740, size standard 100 employees. Refidgerator / freezer combo shall be delivered FOB destination and installed to/at Camp Blanding Training Center, Starke, Florida 32091 at a time to be determined a fter contract award, within 120 days of 26APR2005. FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-commercial, applies to this acquisition along with FAR clause 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR clause 52. 212-3, offeror representations and certifications,-commercial item, with its offer. Outdoor condensing uni t with 5hp Copeland compressor 120/208/3/60, electric defrost evaporator model LPE220, 120/208/3/60, liquid line components, defrost timer, solenoid valve, expansion valve and thermostat. C. One freezer, 0 degree nominal 24-0long x 18-0wide x 9-0 high with 6 thick class 1 expanded polystyrene insulation, 26 gauge white embossed G 90 galvanized steel interior and exterior, 56wide by 78 high heavy-duty reverse right hand door freez er door with plastic curtain 11-8  16-4 from inside of right exterior wall, vapor proof lights, light switch, panel sealant, 3 dial thermometer, remote R404A refrigeration system, 23650 BTU/H at -10 degree F suction temperature. Overall size of total cooler/freezer/freezercooler package is 24-0 x 56-2 and must share two (2) common interior walls. The coolers and freezers must have self supporting walls The condenser units are to be remote pad mounted.
