Description

PRON: AX5F0164, NSN: 1560-01-462-8610, PN: 70209-06056-042, Quantity: 20 each applicable to the Blackhawk Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 20 each, 258 Days After Cont ract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 160 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 20 each, 172 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Govern ment has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing da te annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
