Description

Acquisition of: Raytheon PN 726789-802, TACKLINK 3000, qty 1,838; Raytheon PN 423130-801, Cable, SINCG/W-L, qty 764; Raytheon PN 423132-801, Cable, SIN-EPLRS, qty 310; Raytheon PN 422952-801, Cable, DUAL SIN, qty 388 All requirements will be based on range quantities. Required delivery of TACLINK is 240 calendar days after receipt of order or sooner at a rate of 100 units the first month and 200 units per month thereafter. Cables delivery is 240 calendar days after r eceipt of order or sooner, at a rate of 50 units the first month and 80 units per month thereafter until complete. This acquisition includes a 26-month commercial type warranty of the TACLINK 3000 at no additional costs. This will be a commercial acquisition performed IAW part 13 of the FAR. Any bidders must present proof of commerciality of the items begin acquired. Acquisition will be full-and-open competition via CECOM Reverse Auction procedures. Any interested contractors must contact Carol Gann at PM IE prior to the date above. Prospective bidders must also provide a plan for acquiring and providing the TACKLINK 3000, as it is proprietary equipment from Raytheon, and provide assurance that they could meet the delivery schedule stated above for the various equipment.
