Description: The Office of Contracts and Procurement is soliciting proposals for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (the "OCFO") for Outside Legal Counsel (CFOPD-05-R-037) services to the District such as researching relevant and complex issues related to the statutory duties and responsibilities of the OCFO, including; conducting legal sufficiency, drafting proposed legislation; providing litigation support; drafting legal opinions, etc. The closing date for the RFP is 3:00 pm on May 2, 2005.
