Description

The Veterans Affairs, Austin Automation Center (AAC), Austin, Texas is accepting Requests for Quotations (RFQ) under Simplified Acquisition procedures, for the purchase of new OEM or remanufactured data cartridges and other printer supplies as described in the solicitation document. The NAICS code for this procurement is 424120; small business size is 100 employees. This requirement is being advertised as a Small Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set-aside procurement. Period of performance for this requirement is from date of award through September 30, 2005 with an additional option year. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of past performance and price evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All requests shall be in writing to the attention of the contracting officer or via fax to 512/326-6028 within 20 days for publication of this notice. Oral communications are not acceptable.
