Description

Provide all material, equipment, transportation, labor, and equipment to Rehab HVAC System at U. S. Coast Guard Station Cape Charles, VA. Work to include the following: A. Remove existing 2-pipe chilled/hot water piping system (approx 1150 lf), two air-handling units, nine fan coil units, one boiler complete with pumps, and portions of the suspended acoustical ceiling system. B. Install new 4-pipe hydronic system complete with valves and fittings (approx. 2300 lf). C. Install new boiler complete with pumps, chemical treatment system, DDC controls, and all appurtenances. D. Install three new air-handling units. Two shall be connected to existing ductwork. One unit shall operate as 100% outdoor/make-up air with ductwork and controls. E. Install nine new fan coil units, connect to existing ductwork and new 4-pipe hydronic system. F. Install new acoustical ceiling panels as indicated on contract drawings (approximately 2760 SF). This procurement is a Total HUB Zone Set-Aside. The estimated range of the project is between $250K and 500K. The NAICS for this project is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of 12.0M. NO RESPONSE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR REQUESTS FOR SOLICITAIONS OR POSTING STATUS. The Coast Guard now distributes the Technical Data Package (TDP) portion of solicitations through the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) website.
