- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitues the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U. S. Army Intelligence and Security Agency has a requirement for the following equipment: Item 0001 one (1) each Fluke Networks OPVS2-GIG/PSVS/RHD/AN Optiview II Pro Gigabit with Pr ofessional Switch Vision Suite and Removable Hard Drive and Item 0002 one (1) each Fluke Networks FLK-199C/AN 200MHz, 2.5GSa/2, 2 ch Digital Oscilliscope, Color. All pricing must be FOB Destination. The ZIP Code for delivery is 20755, Ft. Meade, MD. Del ivery is not more than 30 days ARO. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies, prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acqu isition Circular 2001-26 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation document. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Quotation number is W23BFK-5076-7001. The NAICS code is 334515 and the small business size is 500 employees. The FAR procvision at 52.212-1, Instruc tions to Offerors, Commercial Items applies. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items applies. Any Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212.3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with its offer.
