Elliot Duplex Strainers for use at Morrow Point Dam near Montrose Colorado. The NAICS Code is 332911. The closing date for the solicitation will be May 6, 2005. Awards will be in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13. This solicitation may be viewed at the following website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Tate Andale under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
