Description

The VISN 7 Acquisition Service Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Philips Medical System for a Full Service Maintenance Contract for the Philips Medical M2600 Telemetry Systems, to include support of all hardware and software for the VA Medical Center, located in Decatur, GA. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302 - only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements, NAICS code is 811219. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within (ten) 10 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Information can be sent to the Contracting Officer ATTN: Michael L. Tempero-/509/10N7/NLO, VA Medical Center, 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904-6285. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
