- In according with FAR part 13.106 this directorate is awarding a sole source contract to TECOM for a Telemetry Antenna System. The place of performance is Fort Eustis, VA. The Standard Industrial Code, (SIC) is 4899, Communication Servies. This so licitation is 100% set aside for small business with five million dollars or less revenue. This is an ALL OR NONE contract.
