Description

The purpose of the amendment is to include the following as part of the solicitation: 1. FAR 52.249-4 TERMINATION FOR CONVENIENCE OF THE GOVERNMENT , FAR 52.233-1 DISPUTES, FAR 52.203 - GRATUTITIES; FAR 252.203-7002 AND FAR 52.252-2. 2. Replace the Evaluation Factor 3 - Past Performance with the following: - Past Performance: The Offeror is requested to provide past performance information for three (3) projects performed that are similar in size, scope, and complexity to the requirements speci fied in the SOW within the last four years. The references shall include the company name, address, telephone number, email address, and a point of contact for each of the 3 projects. The past performance information shall include the estimated value of t he contract, the contract number, and a brief description of the work performed. 3. Factor 4 - Price, add the following: Price and price related factors are less important than the technical/non-price related factors. 4. The Evaluation Factors are in Relative order of importance. 5. Change Section M - Basis of Award to read: This is a Best Value requirement in accordance with FAR 15. Unless all offerors are rejected, award of this solicitation shall be made to that responsible offoror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation requirements is determined to be the best value to the Government. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
