Description

The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation of Stratford, CT for the procurement of (2) Top Kit Heat Systems, Cabin P/N 70070-95123-011 for a UH-60L helic opter. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 and FAR 6.302-1; Only one responsible source. All qualified s ources must submit a written quote in response to this notice, not later than 3 PM EST, April 27, 2005. Delivery will be to Army Aviation Support Facility, WV-2-ARNG, RR5 Box 15 Ohio County Airport, Wheeling, WV, 26003. All offers must include a delivery schedule. Failure to include detailed specifications with your quote will render your offer non-responsive, this office will not contact you for that information.
