- This requirement is in support of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-05-Q-0141. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business. The solicitation documents incorporate the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-02.
