- This amendment serves as official notification of the following changes to the original posting dated March 25, 2005: 1) In defining the area of consideration for prospective offerors wishing to meet our needs, we have determined that the need would be better expressed as a factor of "commute time" rather than in terms of raw mileage from campus to offeror facility. This amendment changes the previous 25 mile maximum distance requirement in the original posting to "not more than a 45-50 minute one-way commute from the NETC located at 16825 South Avenue, Emmitsburg, MD". 2) The closing date for receipt of bids is hereby extended until 4:00 P.M.
