Deliver 46 pieces to the depot at Tinker AFB, OK and 9 pieces to the depot at Norfolk, VA at 208 days ADO; F.O.B. Destination; Inspection/Acceptance at destination; The solicitation will be available on its issue date of April 23, 2005 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp; Requests for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted; Specifications, plans or drawings are not available; This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with the approved source under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) ? the approved source is cited above; Notes 12 and 26 apply; Automated Best Value System and the Delivery Evaluation Factor will be used as evaluation factors; This is an unrestricted competition acquisition.
