- Description
- Contractor shall transport up to 14,000 Navy system cylinders from the Defense Depot Richmond Virginia (DDRV); weigh cylinders, and provide a detailed report of findings. Contractor shall recover and reclaim Halon 1301 and ship up to (450 cylinders) 1,000 lb. water capacity cylinders filled with 1,240 lbs. of Halon 1301, Type II . Contractor shall sort, palletize, mark and transport usable cylinder to DDRV. Disposal of cylinders that are not suitable for refurbishment shall be disposed.
