- Solicitation for NSN 6650-01-011-0219, PR 0011087263 Filter, Light , Optical. Item has two approved sources, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Cage 04939, P/N 627221325-029 and Santa Barbara Infrared Inc., Cage 0B0B2, P/N 627221325-029.DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. This solicitation will result in a fixed quantity fixed delivery for a quantity of 29 ea. The requested delivery schedule is 280 days after receipt of order. FOB is destination, Inspection and Acceptance at destination. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered.
