- In accordance with FAR 14.209, the U.S. Department of Education, Office of the Secretary, White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities, is cancelling the Sources Sought Notice, Solicitiation Number HBCU-2005, which was posted on March 31, 2005. Due to the huge volume of questions received by potential bidders, it is necessary to better define the requirement in order to assist vendors in submitting an accurate bid and to ensure that the office receives the exact services required. Amendments to the invitation would be of such magnitude that a new invitation is desirable. When a new soliciation is posted on FedBizOpps, all prospective bidders shall be given an opportunity to bid on any resolicitation.
