Description

CYPHER STENTS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitaion for commercial items prepared in accordance with the FAR Part's 2, 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation: offer are being requested and a written solicitaiton will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 546-50-05. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect per the latest Federal Acquisition Circular (FARC). The NCAICS code for this solicitation is 421450. This acquisition is unrestricted. Furnish and deliver the following cypher stents. The schedule of prices shall be listed and priced as follows: Contract period shall be from date of award through Sep 30, 2005 with an option to renew for two years.
