Description

The U.S. Army CECOM intends to award a Spare Parts contract to AGH Industries, Inc., 7420 Whitehall, Fort Worth, TX 76118 on a sole source basis. Authority for Other Than Full and Open Competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Re sponsible Source. The proposed action is for a Firm-Fixed Price type contract for the procurement 25 each Generator Impeller Fans, NSN: 6115-01-271-6194, used with 10, 15, 30KW 60Hz DED Generator Systems with a 100% Option for one year from date of award. The Government does not possess the technical data(drawings or specifications) completely defining the form, fit and function of the item being procured to enable a competitive acquisition. In addition to form fit and function, it is not defined by any nationally recognized industry standard or specification. AGH Industries is the only responsible source for this item. Efforts to obtain competition have yielded no source other than AGH Industries. Delivery will be made to Tobyhanna, PA.
