Description: This aircraft will be supporting the US Fish and Wildlife Service. The aircraft will be used to move field crews between survey plots within the Alaska Peninsula/Becharof NWR. The start date will be May 10, 2005 and the aircraft will work intermittently until approximately June 4, 2005. The project estimates 50 flight hours. Aircraft will be equipped with standard floats, GPS, FM radio, heater, cargo rack or internal baggage compartment, and intercom system. Vendor will have a cell phone for call back use. Vendor must have an Aircraft Rental Agreement (ARA) with Alaska Regional Office of Aviation Management. Pilot and aircraft will be approved for off-airport landings, rough terrain flying, and low-level activities flying.
