- Notice of intent to issue a contract to Lockheed Martin Corporation of Syracuse, New York for 11 ea of the subject item, P/N 7328802G1. The Government does not have adequate technical data to procure from additional sources at this time. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within 15 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon insufficient technical data to proceed under full and open competitive. If no responses are received within 15 calendar days after publication of this synopsis which meet the Government?s requirements, solicitation and contract will be issued/placed without further! notice.
